Before we leave you to enjoy your new space, we will handle any deficiencies related to the furnishing-aspects of the project. During our final meeting, we’ll provide you with product warranties, resources, and contacts so you have everything you need moving forward.

During construction we will be on site periodically for meetings and walk-throughs. We also begin placing orders for your furnishings. Once construction is complete, we coordinate the installation of furnishings, art, accessories, soft goods, and other non-fixed items.

This step takes place mostly behind the scenes but is very important to the integrity of the project. Once the selections and concepts have been approved, we get to work on finalizing the construction drawings and specifications so your contractor can price and execute the design plan.

During this phase we expand on the design vision and create a tangible design plan. This is when we source, and ultimately present, all the finishes, fixtures, hardware, millwork, and furnishings for your project. At this stage, we also present pricing for all goods we’re procuring for your project.

We begin by gathering information from you using questionnaires and inspiration photos so we can create the design vision for your project. We then hold a kick-off meeting with the contractor, architect, and key trades so we’re all on the same page as we begin the project.
